I'm cheating a little this week - there's an unhealthy dish on here but I'll include tips on how to lighten it up! I start your week with super healthy, so Thursday can be a (little) cheat day!
Monday - January 22
This salad is to die for - without the guilt! Roasted chicken, apples, and just a tiny bit of bacon and goat cheese make up this partially chopped salad.
Tuesday - January 23
Low-carb but with all the comfort of a baked dish. This is clean eating in the winter at its very finest!
Wednesday - January 24
This is one of the most popular recipes on my blog - and once you make it, I think you'll understand why! Eat it with some roasted Brussels sprouts or a simple spinach salad.
Thursday- January 25
Cheat day! Really though - there are still ways around this. It's possible to "cheat" and not completely blow a diet - believe me, I do it weekly. Tips: make sure you exercise this day, only eat one portion (on the smaller side), and when cooking, use skim milk, less cheese, and extra mushrooms.
